The general equation of line is,

y=mx+c

Here, m is slope and c is y-intercept.

The system of linear equation has no solution, if lines has same slope but different intercept value.

In option A, slope of lines are different so line intersect each other at one point nd has solution.

In option B, lines has same slope but different y intercept, so lines are parallel to each other on graph and has no solution.

In option C, lines has different slope so line intersect each other and posses a solution.

In option D, line has different slope, so line intersect each other and posses a solution.

Thus system of equations in option B has no solution.
