For the equation,

2 x + 2 y = -4

when x =0,

2y = -4

y = -4/2

y = -2

The point is ( 0 , -2)

when y= 0,

2 x = -4,

x = -4/ 2

x = -2

The point is ( -2, 0)

Graph D is the most correct option.
