Kudzu originated in Japan and southeast China. Presently, it is considered as American's most notorious weed. It is a rampant invasive species that disperse over trees and shrubs and usually killing them. It is described as a fast-growing, woody, with bushy vine. It is considered as an oppurtunistic climbing vine that has the ability to beat trees. Although it is possible to safetly consume kudzu, it can bring some side effects when taken by mouth. It can give itchiness, stomach upset, and dizziness as well as lead to liver damage.
