First, we need to change 6 3/4 to a fraction

6(3)/(4)=(27)/(4)

then we need to divide 27/4 between 3/8

((27)/(4))/((3)/(8))=(27\cdot8)/(4\cdot3)=(216)/(12)=18\text{ }

He can make 18 hamburgers
