For this forum you will demonstrate your understanding of exponential and logarithmic functions by choosing both an even and an odd-numbered problem from the exercises at the end of sections 1-4 and posting your full work. Please choose one even-numbered problem from sections 1-2 (exponential functions) and one odd-numbered problem from sections 3-4 (logarithmic functions). Include the original problems in your post, along with all of your work to solve them.

Given a logarithmic function;

\log _5125=3

So, this follows a law of logarithm given as;

\begin{gathered} \log _bA=c \\ \text{Then, A=b}^c \end{gathered}
\begin{gathered} \text{Thus,} \\ \log _5125=3 \\ \text{Then, 125=5}^3 \end{gathered}

Hence, the logarithmic function tells us that 3 is the power of 5 that equals 125
