We have a triangle and a rectangle, whose perimeters are in function of variables "e" and "f".

We can calculate the perimeter of the triangle as the sum of the 3 sides:

P_T=1.5e+4.5e+5.1f=6e+5.1f

The perimeter of the rectangle is two times the sum of height and base:

P_R=2(1.5e+4.5f)=3e+9f

We can calculate the difference between the perimeter of the rectangle and the triangle as:

P_R-P_T=(3e+9f)-(6e+5.1f)=3e-6e+9f-5.1f=-3e+3.9f

Answer: The difference between the perimeter of the rectangle and the triangle is (3.9f-3e).
