The slope of the line can be obtained from the points (-9, 5) and (-17,5)

slope is gven by:

\begin{gathered} \text{Slope = }(rise)/(slope)\text{ =}(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1) \\ \end{gathered}

where x1 = -9 ,y 1= 5

x2 = -17, y2= 5

Substituting this values, we will obtain

\begin{gathered} \text{slope =}\frac{5\text{ - 5}}{-17\text{ -(-9)}} \\ \\ \text{slope = }\frac{0}{-17\text{ + 9}} \\ \text{slpe = 0} \end{gathered}
