To answer this question, we have to follow the next steps:

1. We have:

a=9b^2c

2. Divide both sides by 9c:

\begin{gathered} (a)/(9c)=(9b^2c)/(9c)=(9c)/(9c)b^2 \\ (a)/(9c)=b^2 \end{gathered}

3. Take the square root to both sides as follows:

\begin{gathered} (a)/(9c)=b^2 \\ b^2=(a)/(9c) \\ \sqrt[]{b^2}=\pm\sqrt[]{(a)/(9c)} \\ \\ \\ \\ \end{gathered}
