The graph represent a parable which is move -3 to the left and 1 unit above compared with the reference point (0,0). When is move -3 to the left we sum 3 to the x and if we want 1 unit above we sum 1 to the equation.

The asnwer is y= (x+3)²+1 because the parabel doesnt have a amplitud for 2.
