we know that

Looking at the table

interval 5 to 6 --------> average rate of change is -11

the difference between consecutive intervals is -2

so

6 to 7 ---------> -11-2=-13

7 to 8 ---------> -13-2=-15

8 to 9 ------> -15-2=-17

9 to 10 -----> -17-2=-19

therefore

The answer is option A
