1) Chemical equilibrium. This equilibrium is reached when the rate of the forward reaction is equal to the rate of the reverse reaction. So, the concentration will remain constant.

Macroscopic viewpoint: It is TRUE.

This is because we would see that the concentrations in the solution will not change. So, we could think that there is no reaction at the chemical equilibrium.

Nanoscale viewpoint: It is NOT true.

The reaction DOES not stop when the chemical equilibrium is reached. Instead, the reactants react to form products at the same speed that products react to form the reactants.
