Given:

6,250,000 shares of stock.

To be a majority stock holder we should have greater than 50% of stock.


50\text{ \% of 6250000=6250000}*(50)/(100)
50\text{ \% of 6250000}=3125000

Therefore, need of more than 3125000 to be a majority stock holder.

Let x be the no of stock hold to hhave a majority
