Given data:

The given figure is shown.

The expresssion for the perimeter of the track is,


\begin{gathered} P=(1)/(2)(\pi D)+2L+(1)/(2)(\pi D) \\ =\pi D+2L \end{gathered}

Substitute the given values in the above expression.


\begin{gathered} P=\pi(72\text{ m)+2(94 m)} \\ =226.08\text{ m +188 m} \\ =414.08\text{ m} \end{gathered}

Thus, the perimeter of the track is 414.08 m.
