Since the lines a and b are parallel, the corresponding angles <1 and <5 are congruent, therefore angle <5 measures 80°.

Angles <6 and <7 are supplementary angles to angle <5, so we have:


\begin{gathered} <5+<6=180\\ \\ 80+<6=180\\ \\ <6=100°\\ \\ <7=<6=100° \end{gathered}

So the sum of <6 and <7 is:


<6+<7=100+100=200°

Therefore the answer is 200.
