we are given a triangle and we are asked to determine its area. To do that we will use the following formula:

A=(1)/(2)bh

Where "b" is the base, and "h" is the height. The height is the perpendicular distance from the base to the tip of the triangle, therefore, if we take the 60 mm side as the base that means that the height is 11 mm. Replacing we get:

A=(1)/(2)(60\operatorname{mm})(11\operatorname{mm})

Solving the operations:

\begin{gathered} A=(30\operatorname{mm})(11\operatorname{mm}) \\ A=330mm^2 \end{gathered}

Therefore, the area is 330 square millimeters.
