Question: 4 divided by 4 fifths can be represented below as

\begin{gathered} =4/(4)/(5) \\ (4)/(5)=\frac{\text{initial numerator}}{initial\text{ denominator}} \end{gathered}

Note: 4 fifths means 4 parts out of 5 that is why we have 4 fifths to be = 4/5

Concept:

For the division sign to be changed into a multiplication sign, we will have to interchange the initial numerator to become the new denominator and the initial denominator will become the new numerator

Therefore,

The question above becomes

\begin{gathered} =4/(4)/(5) \\ =(4)/(1)*(5)/(4) \\ =(20)/(4) \\ =5 \end{gathered}

Hence,

The final answer = 5
