The angles presented on question 2 are vertical angles, which means they are congruent, this means we have the following equation:

6x+19=7x-2

Solving for x:

\begin{gathered} 6x+19=7x-2 \\ 6x+21=7x \\ 21=x \end{gathered}

Making the substitution

7x-2=7*21-2=147-2=145

Both angles on question 2 measure 145º.
