For the athlete:

For 7 weeks, we multiply each side by 7:


\begin{gathered} 7\cdot1\text{ week }\rightarrow7\cdot0.25\text{ kg of protein} \\ \\ 7\text{ weeks }\rightarrow1.75\text{ kg of protein} \end{gathered}

Knowing that 1 kg = 1000 g, the answer is:
