If y and z are supplementary angles, that means that if we add y+z we should get 180 degrees.

We also know that y is 2/3 of z, so we can write:

\begin{gathered} y+z=180 \\ (2)/(3)z+z=180 \\ (5)/(3)z=180 \\ z=180\cdot((3)/(5)) \\ z=(540)/(5) \\ z=108 \\ y=(2)/(3)z=(2)/(3)(108)=(216)/(3)=72 \end{gathered}

Then, we know that y=72 degrees and z=108 degrees.
