Given two points on a line, use the formula below to find its slope

\begin{gathered} (x_1,y_1),(x_2,y_2)\rightarrow\text{ points on the line} \\ \Rightarrow slope=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1) \end{gathered}

Therefore, in our case,

\begin{gathered} (0,-5),(2,-2) \\ \Rightarrow slope=(-2-(-5))/(2-0)=(-2+5)/(2)=(3)/(2) \end{gathered}

The slope is equal to 3/2.

As for the graph of the function, after drawing the four points on the plane and crossing them using a line.
