Let s be the number of students

There is 1 teacher for every 15 students

Take the number of students and divide by 15 to determine the number of teachers

s/15 is equal to the number of teachers

We then need to add in the other people that work there to get the total number of employees

There are 30 other people that work there

f(s) = s/15 + 30
