You have the following expression:

(m^(-2)p^(-1)\cdot2pn^2)/((mnp^4)^(0))

in order to simplify the previous expression, write each variable with negaive exponent as the inverse with positive exponent. Moreover, conisder that any expression powered to zero is equal to 1:

(2pn^(2))/(m^(2)p\cdot(1))=(2n^(2))/(m^(2))

Hence, the simplified expression is

2n²/m²
