The function is

h(x)=(x+7)/(x^2-49)

The y-intercept is the point such that x=0.

In our case:

\begin{gathered} h(0)=(0+7)/(0-49)=-(1)/(7) \\ \Rightarrow h(0)=-(1)/(7) \\ \Rightarrow(0,-(1)/(7)) \end{gathered}

The answer is the point (0,-1/7), or h(0)= -1/7
