One is bigger than the other. The answer is C

i think its D the hexagon is dilated by a scale factor of 3

Explanation:

it cant be A because youre just moving it 7 units to the left, youre not making it bigger.

it cant be C because youre just rotating it, so like option A youre not making it bigger either.

So it leaves B and D when its dilating its expanding. option be only expands by a scale factor of 2/3 while option D dilates by a scale factor of 3. the scale factor dilation is greater in option D
