-16x+y=-4

To find y-intercept we make x = 0.


\begin{gathered} -16(0)+y=-4 \\ y=-4 \end{gathered}

The y-intercept is (0, -4).

To find the x-intercept we make y = 0.


\begin{gathered} -16x+0=-4 \\ x=-(4)/(-16)=(1)/(4) \end{gathered}

The x-intercept is (1/4, 0).

To graph this equation, we use the axis interceptions to draw two points, then we draw a straight line through them.
