The radius is equal to half the diameter, so the radius is equal to 5 units.

The area of the circle can be calculated with the formula below:


\begin{gathered} A=\pi r^2 \\ A=3.1416\cdot5^2 \\ A=3.1416\cdot25 \\ A=78.54\text{ u}^2 \end{gathered}

Therefore the circle area is equal to 78.54 square units. Since the area of each square is 1 square unit, the number of squares inside the cookie is 78.54.
