To find the value of an expression we plug the given number in their corresponding places and do the operations:

(a\cdot a)-2ac+5b

plugging the values we have:

((-2)(-2))-2(-2)(-5)+5(3)=4-20+15=-1

Therefore the value of the expression is -1.
