The least common multiple of 165 and 297 is 1,485

Here, we want to find the least common multiple of the two numbers by the use of the least common multiple formula

We start by writing the numbers as a product of their prime factors

We have this as follows;

\begin{gathered} 165\text{ = 3}*5*11 \\ 297\text{ = 3}*3*3*11 \end{gathered}

To get the least common multiple, we use the highest number of prime factors in a single expression;

So we select three 3's , single 5 and 11

We have the product of these as;

3*3*3*5*11\text{ = 1,485}
