the equation is:

27=1245+(15x)/(43)+x

so we can pass 1245 to the other side as "-1245" and sum the numbers with x, so 15/43+1=58/43

\begin{gathered} 27-1245=((15)/(43)+1)x \\ -1218=(58)/(43)x \end{gathered}

and finally, we can pass the 43 multiplying and the 58 dividings:

-1218\cdot(43)/(58)=x=-903

So the answer is:

x=-903
