We are asked to find the area of the given circle.

As you can see from the figure, the diameter of the circle is 13 km

Recall that the area of a circle is given by

A=\pi\cdot(D^2)/(4)

Where π is a constant and D is the diameter of the circle.

Let us substitute π = 3.14 and D = 13 km into the above formula

\begin{gathered} A=\pi\cdot(D^2)/(4) \\ A=3.14\cdot(13^2)/(4) \\ A=3.14\cdot(169)/(4) \\ A=3.14\cdot42.25 \\ A=132.665 \\ A=132.7\: km^2\quad (\text{rounded to the nearest tenth)} \end{gathered}

Therefore, the area of the given circle is 132.7 km²
