We know that the probability of an event happening is:

P=\frac{\#\text{ of ways it can happen}}{\text{Total \# of outcomes}}

There are:

6 Students with blue eyes

7 students with brown eyes

3 students with hazel eyes

2 students with green eyes

The total of outcomes would be the total of students= 18 students

The percentage of choosing two students who do not have hazel eyes is: 83.3%

P=(6+7+2)/(18)*100=(15)/(18)\cdot100=(5)/(6)\cdot100=83.3
