To order the numbers, we write them in the following way:

\begin{gathered} 9.9*10^(-15)=(9.9)/(10^(15)), \\ 7.6*10^(-15)=(7.6)/(10^(15)), \\ 1.01*10^(-14)=(1.01)/(10^(14))=(1.01*10)/(10^(14)*10)=(10.01)/(10^(15))\text{.} \end{gathered}

We have rewritten each number as a number divided by 10^15. Because now we have three different numbers with the same denominator, we must order them by looking at the numerator.

Answer

The numbers ordered from least to the greatest are:

\begin{gathered} 7.6*10^(-15)=(7.6)/(10^(15)), \\ 9.9*10^(-15)=(9.9)/(10^(15)), \\ 1.01*10^(-14)=(10.01)/(10^(15))\text{.} \end{gathered}
