First, we plot the graph of the equation y=-4x+3, to do this, we only need two points


\begin{gathered} x=0\text{ , y=-4(0)+3=3} \\ (0,3) \\ x=1,\text{ y=-4(1)+3=-1} \\ (1,-1) \end{gathered}
