Given the equation:

y=-x²+3x+4

notice that we can factor the right side to get the following:

\begin{gathered} y=-x²+3x+4=-(x²-3x-4) \\ =-(x-4)(x+1) \end{gathered}

notice that the x-intercepts are x = 4 and x = -1, therefore, the second graph represents the function y = -x²+3x+4
