Solution:

Given a kite ABCD on a graphhh, with the coordinates given below

\begin{gathered} A(-8,-6) \\ B(-7,-2) \\ C(-1,-6) \\ D(-7,-10) \end{gathered}

If the kite is rotated 180° counterclockwise around the origin,

The rule for a rotation 180° counterclockwise around the origin is

(x,y)\rightarrow(-x,-y)

The coordinates of the kite after the rotation of 180° counterclockwise around the origin will be

\begin{gathered} A(-8,-6)\rightarrow A^(\prime)(8,6) \\ B^(\prime)(-7,-2)\rightarrow B^(\prime)^(7,2) \\ C(-1,-6)\rightarrow C^(\prime)(1,6) \\ D(-7,-10)\rightarrow D^(\prime)(7,10) \end{gathered}

The graph is shown below
