The range of a function is the complete set of values that the dependent variable can take.

In this case, when we see the figure, we notice that on the one hand y is always greater than zero, it can get really close to the x-axis but it never cross it, on the other hand, as x goes to infinity y also goes to infinity.

Then, the range of the function is y>0
