A. Substract the price of 3lb to the price of 5lb

19.95-11.97=7.98

B. Same procedure, this time substract the price of 5lb to the price of 7lb

27.93-19.95=7.98

C. To find the rate of change divide the difference between the price of 5lb and 7lb by 2lb.

c=(7.98)/(2)=3.99

The unit rate is $3.99 per pound of candy.

D. According to the picture, Oscar was correct.
