By definition, Exponential functions have the following form:

f(x)=ab^x

Where "b" is the base and the variable "x" is the exponent.

When the base "b" of an Exponential function is a number between 0 and 1, the function decreases when the value of "x" increases.

You can see in the options given in the exercise this function:

y=3(0.2)^x

You can identify that:

b=0.2

Therefore, it is a number between 0 and 1.

Knowing the above, you can conclude that this function does not represent exponential growth.

The answer is: Third option.
