The graph represents the quadratic function. So vetex represne the maximum/minimum value of function.

So vertex of the function is (5.5,-6).

The parabola is vertical and axis of symmetry always passes through th vertex. So equation for the axis of symmetry is x = 5.5.

The point (9,5) lies at a perpendicular distance of 3.5 unit right side of axis of symmetry. So symmetric point lies 3.5 unit to the left of axis of symmetry.

\begin{gathered} (x,y)=(5.5-3.5,5) \\ =(2,5) \end{gathered}

Answer:

Vertex (5.5,-6)

Axis of symmetry: x = 5.5
