The cell layers shown and the tissues formed are as follows:
A - This is the blastopore, the opening in which the gastrula communicates with the exterior. It will become the mouth, and a second opening will become the anus.
B - This is the ectoderm, the outter layer of the gastrula. It will become the nervous system and the epiderm, among other tissues.
C - This is the endoderm, the inner layer of the gastrula. The endoderm will become the gut and many internal organs.
It is important to note that between the endoderm and the ectoderm we will find the mesoderm. The mesoderm will become the muscle cells and connective tissues.
