We need to choose two numbers in a way that the quotient between them must be greater than 10. Then if we choose the number -10 as the dividend, and the number -2/5 and the divisor, we have the following result:

R=(-10)/(-(2)/(5))\Rightarrow R=-10\cdot(-(5)/(2))\Rightarrow R=5\cdot5\Rightarrow R=25

Then, the result for this division (the quotient) is 25 (it is greater than 10).
