A right triangle is made, where the lengths of Lot H and K are the legs, and the length of Lot S is the hypotenuse. Using Pythagorean theorem:

S² = H² + K²

125² = 75² + K²

15625 = 5625 + K²

15625 - 5625 = K²

10000 = K²

√10000 = K

100 ft = K
