Usually you have to add/subtract all the forces to get the real net force, value, and direction. In this case, is visual cause you don't have any number

F1 and F4 cancel

F2 and F5 cancel

F3 is the only force, but it should cancel with weight.

If the car is moving at constant speed and is not accelerating in any direction, then the force is 0
