y = -1/3x + 4

Point A is located at 0,4

Point B is located at 6,2

4 - 2 = 2 (That's the difference in y)

0 - 6 = -6 (That's the difference in x)

2/-6 simplifies to -1/3

So, -1/3 is the SLOPE

The y-intercept equals 4
