Using the data of the question:

A = (2,5)

midpoint of AC = (2,5)

We draw the following graph:

Now, we see that the midpoint (the green dot) is 2 units to the left and 2 units up from point A (the blue dot).

Because the midpoint is in the middle of A and C, to get to C from the midpoint, we must move 2 units to the left and 2 units up again, which places us on C (the red dot), which coordinates are (0,7).

Answer: C. (0,7)
