I will assume that that the given line passes through the points

(-4,-9) and (0,-6)

so

Find out the original slope

m=(-6+9)/(0+4)

m=3/4

original slope=3/4

Remember that

If two lines are parallel, then their slopes are equal

that means

Parallel slope=3/4
