Ok, so

We know that the first term ( a1 ) is 8, and the common difference is 3.

So, we replace in the equation:

(a20) = 8 + 3 ( 20 - 1 )

(a20) = 8 + 3*19

(a20) = 65

So, the 20th term of the aritmetic sequence is 65.
