Let's find the points of triangle ABC

A(-6,-1)

B(-3,-3)

C(-1,-2)

for the reflection with the line y=-x the rule is

Rule

(x,y)→(−y,−x)

A'(1,6)

B'(3,3)

C'(2,1)

then for the rotation counterclockwise about the origin 270°

Rule

(x,y)→(y,−x)

A''(6,-1)

B''(3,-3)

C''(1,-2)

then we can see it drawing
