And the reason is that in my community, children are not a priority. And in the case, of girls, it seems that they are not treated as boys are treated. Probably is a matter of cultural influence or tradition, but parents and adult people treat girls differently than boys.
Since the family environment, girls are treated differently. It seems they still being educated to be mothers, instead of letting them decide what they want to be or to do with their lives.
Again, I think it is a matter of tradition in which the role of the man has been more important -at least in theory than the women's role- although girls are as smart or more than boys.
I think equality must be the next goal in my community.
