The line equation in slope intercept form, have the following form:

y=mx+b

Where m represents the slope, and b the y-intercept. To rewrite a line equation in standard form to slope-intercept form, we just need to "isolate" y on the left side of the equality.

We want to do that with our equation

-3x+2y=7

Doing this with our equation, we have

\begin{gathered} -3x+2y=7 \\ 2y=3x+7 \\ y=(3)/(2)x+(7)/(2) \end{gathered}

And this is our line equation in slope-intercept form.

y=(3)/(2)x+(7)/(2)
